New Eco-Friendly Yoga Mat Line Launched
We have expanded our yoga mat portfolio with a new TPE-based eco-line featuring closed-cell construction, laser-etched alignment guides, and 100% recyclable packaging. The line is already approved by two major EU supermarket chains and will hit shelves in Q3 2025.
Better Sports Exhibits at FIBO Cologne & IHRSA
Our team showcased the 2025 product collection at FIBO Cologne (April) and IHRSA (March) in the US. New highlights included adjustable fabric resistance bands with patented buckle systems and a smart-counting jump rope developed under an exclusive ODM agreement.
Production Capacity Expanded by 30%
To meet growing demand from North American and European retail programs, we added a second automated cutting line, three high-frequency welding machines, and expanded warehouse space by 2,000 m². Monthly output capacity for resistance bands now exceeds 1.2 million pieces.
ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit Passed
Our annual surveillance audit by TÜV Rheinland was completed with zero major non-conformities. The auditor highlighted our documented CAPA system and supplier scorecard process as best-practice examples among Nantong-based manufacturers.
